SUBJECT:    WILLAMETTE VALLEY OPEN BURN ANNOUNCEMENT

Open Burn Announcement for Wednesday, December 19th, 2012



Agricultural burning:

  Based on air quality considerations recommend agricultural burning

  be limited to the period 8:00am to 2:30pm.



Backyard burning inside special control areas:

  Backyard burning is not allowed from Dec 16th through Feb 29th.



Individuals must contact their local fire department for specific information.
