SUBJECT:    WILLAMETTE VALLEY OPEN BURN ANNOUNCEMENT

Open Burn Announcement for Monday, January 27th, 2014

Agricultural burning north of a line from Gaston to Canby:
  Based on air quality considerations recommend agricultural burning be limited to the period
  from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Agricultural burning along and south of a line from Gaston to Canby:
  Based on air quality considerations agricultural burning is not recommended.

Backyard burning inside special control areas:
  Backyard burning is not allowed from Dec 16th through Feb 29th.

Individuals must contact their local fire department for specific information.
