SUBJECT:    WILLAMETTE VALLEY OPEN BURN ANNOUNCEMENT

Open Burn Announcement for Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018

***Along and south of a line from Molalla-Woodburn-Amity***

Agricultural burning:
  Based on air quality considerations recommend agricultural burning be limited to the period
  from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Backyard burning inside special control areas:
  Based on air quality considerations backyard burning is allowed from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

***North of a line from Molalla-Woodburn-Amity***

Agricultural burning:
  Based on air quality considerations agricultural burning is not recommended.

Backyard burning inside special control areas:
  Based on air quality considerations backyard burning is not allowed.

Individuals must contact their local fire department for specific information.
